Training:

Richard trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, London. His performance training started from a young age at Sylvia Young's theatre School, London, continuing his studies
with a BTEC in Performing Arts at West Herts Colleges.
He then trained in Stage Management and Technical Theatre at LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art).

Vocal Range:

Richard has a very strong baritone singing voice.
His range extends from 2nd 'E' below 'Middle C' to 2nd 'F' above 'Middle C' (Top F) and Falsetto.

Professional Acting Experience:

Richard has a wealth of experience in all forms of performance.
Since leaving education he has worked in musical theatre, plays, TV, film, pantomime, skin work,
audio recordings and additional dialogue recording.

Professional Technician Experience:

Richard has West End experience, having worked at the Royal Court Theatre and Fortune Theatre
as the in-house lighting operator.
He has also toured many shows across the UK and Europe performing a dual actor/technical manager role.

Professional Writing Experience:

Richard has recently had success with his writing, having two short films,
'The Power That Is' and 'Who Wants To Play?' picked up and being shot in May 2008.
He has also had three 'plays for children' staged by Best Theatre Arts.
He is currently working on a TV pilot for a series called 'The Neigh-Sayer' and a screenplay called 'The Theatre World'.
